it's amazing how uninteresting it is to be almost 9 months pregnant. other than the minor celebrity aspect of it (people at work constantly asking how i am, strangers staring at me in restaurants and stores), it's pretty boring. i sleep a lot. i complain about how uncomfortable i am. i am nervous but excited about the change that's about to occur. i get easily frustrated with irritable people at work so i talk about quitting early and starting my maternity leave now. but all the necessary baby prep work has been done, so when i'm home i'm restless.
that's why i haven't written recently. my brain is operating on a constant loop from grumpy to excited to scared and back and i'm too tired to write about it in an entertaining way. sorry, catherine.
however, i am not too tired to bitch & moan. i have all sorts of unpleasant pregnancy symptoms that i won't share here. but to top them off, i spent yesterday developing a cold. i am now a full-blown snot machine and i tossed & turned all night. if i go into labor feeling like this, i'm gonna be pissed.

Eeek... sorry you have a cold. Maybe you'll sneeze really hard and just pop the baby out! See? Nature!
At least you have an excuse to be boring... I have no good reason.
I appreciate the update--I am entertained and sympathetic. :( it will all be over very soon (sooner if you go to the apple store)... Please call if you would like to moan... I don't find it boring.
