cranberry sauce & free money

last night i went to the Black Cat to see Neil Hamburger. my friends & i were getting our hands stamped when someone said, "mumble mumble Matthew Lesko" to the guy checking IDs. sure enough, when the show started, there was Mr. Get-Free-Money-From-the-Government sitting in the back.

for those of you who aren't entirely sure who Matthew Lesko is, let me jog your memory:



he holds a special place in my heart because a friend of mine dressed up as him for halloween one year. he lives in the area, so it's not all that unusual to see him around. i pulled up next to him at a red light on my way home from work once. he was driving an orange Scion with question marks all over it. the strange thing about last night's sighting was that he wasn't wearing his question mark blazer. i guess sometimes it's good to be anonymous.

this blog has no point. i just really like that picture & i needed an excuse to post it. sorry.
